    Armed Robbery

    On Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at approximately 3:55 a.m. officers from the Santa Monica Police Department responded to Jack in the Box located at 802 Santa Monica Boulevard regarding an armed robbery that had just occurred.

    Upon arrival, officers made contact with three victims who stated that three male suspects had entered the location wearing ski masks and one with a knife.  The Suspects ordered an employee and a customer into the restaurant’s walk-in freezer. After obtaining the cash, the last victim was placed into the freezer and the suspects fled the location in a gold colored suburban.

    All three suspects were described as being males, possibly Hispanic, unknown age, 5’07” to 5’10”, wearing black ski masks, dark colored jackets, blue jeans and gloves.  Suspect #1 was armed with a knife.  The suspect vehicle was described as a late model Chevrolet Suburban, gold in color.
