The Santa Monica Police Department will be
conducting a Sobriety/Drivers License check
point on March 29th 2008. Funding
for this program was provided by a grant
from the Office of Traffic Safety, through
the National Highway Traffic Safety
Administration. Officers from the Santa
Monica Police Department will be contacting
drivers in the 2300 block of Westbound Pico
Bl. in Santa Monica to confirm their
sobriety and drivers license status. This is
the fourth of several check points to be
conducted over the next 12 months.
The Santa Monica Police Department reminds
drivers if you plan on drinking have a
designated driver or call a cab. For more
