CHILD-ANNOYING SUSPECT ARRESTED
 
October 12, 2006
 
 

On October 11, 2006, Santa Monica Police arrested a suspect wanted for a child annoyance incident that occurred on October 10, 2006, in the 900 block of 20th Street. The suspect has been identified as Charles Evien Maxwell, M/W 43.  Maxwell was arrested in the 900 block of 21st Street.  He was booked at the Santa Monica Jail and charged with trespassing and child annoyance.  Maxwell was also wanted by the State of Nevada on a fugitive warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.  No bail.
