On July 3, 2006, at approximately 12:21 a.m., Santa Monica Police was notified of shots fired in the 1500 block of the beach.  Officers on scene located a victim on the sand and he was transported to a local hospital.  The victim is a Male, Hispanic, 21 years of age from Los Angeles and is listed in stable condition.

The suspects are described as:  Suspect 1 is a Male, Hispanic, 20’s, 5’8 to 6’0, weighing 170 – 220, having a shaved head and was wearing a white “T” shirt with a Clippers jersey.  He was armed with a dark handgun.  Suspect 2 is a Male, Hispanic, 20’s, 5’8 to 6’0, weighing 170 – 220, having a shaved head and was wearing a white “T” shirt with a tan flannel jacket.  Suspect 3 is a Male, Hispanic, 20’s, having a shaved head and was wearing black shirt.
