On Saturday, December 10, 2005, at 2:28 p.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the 2000 block of 20th Street regarding a call of shots fired. Preliminary information revealed that the suspect was standing on 20th Street and fired several shots at a moving vehicle traveling on 20th Street. Officers stopped the victim’s vehicle and no one was injured inside the vehicle. A Male Hispanic gang member was driving the vehicle and the passenger was arrested for an outstanding no bail warrant.
The suspect is described as a Male, Black, no further description.
