HURRICANE KATRINA DOGS AT SANTA MONICA SHELTER
October 31, 2005
 

The Santa Monica Police Department’s Animal Control Division is offering for adoption five homeless dogs that were rescued from the area devastated by Hurricane Katrina.  These dogs were among many that were recently transported from Louisiana by a team of veterinarians led by Paula Kislak, DVM.   Among the five dogs are a shepherd mix, chow mix, Labrador/pointer, rottweiler, and Labrador mix.
