On September 8, 2005, at approximately 7:45 a.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the 1500 block of Ocean Park Blvd. regarding a juvenile annoyance. Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect approached the female juvenile victim (Female, White, 12 years of age) and hugged her. The victim got away from the suspect and ran to school and reported the incident to a school official. The suspect fled on foot westbound on Ocean Park Blvd.
The suspect is described as a Male, White, 20 years of age, 5’10”-6’00”, thin build, light complexion, dirty blond hair in a short cut style, and possible goatee. The suspect was wearing a white short sleeve t-shirt with a cross bone and skull on the front, and blue jeans. He is non transient in appearance.
