MURDER SUSPECT ARRESTED IN SANTA MONICA
June 21, 2005

On June 19, 2005, at 10:33 am Santa Monica Police responded to the 2900 block of Main Street regarding lewd activity in a vehicle.  When officers arrived they located the subject seated inside a maroon Volkswagen.

The subject gave officers a color copy of a California identification card which did not match his physical description.  The officer arrested the subject for providing false information to a peace officer and transported him to the Santa Monica Jail.  Once at the jail the suspect was fingerprinted and his true identity was determined.  The suspect was identified as Marc Damon Grossi and he had an outstanding felony warrant charging him with murder.  He was booked and held on a no bail fugitive warrant.

Marc Grossi has been featured on the television show America’s Most Wanted several times in the past few months.
