SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR MASSAGE PARLOR ROBBERIES
May 6, 2005
 
 

On May 5, 2005, at 9:30 p.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the 1400 block of Lincoln Blvd., Sun Massage Parlor, regarding an armed robbery that just occurred. Responding officers began to check the other massage parlors in the area, when they received information of a second robbery that just occurred in the 2400 block of Lincoln Blvd., Skin Paradise.   When officers arrived in the area they saw two suspects jumping over a fence at 11th Street and Ocean Park Blvd. and a perimeter was established. At about midnight the K-9 unit located one suspect in the 1100 block of Maple Street and he was taken into custody.

A field show-up was conducted and the suspect was positively identified.  The suspect has been identified as Matthew Luke Moulton, Male, White, 21, of Reseda.  He was booked for armed robbery and his bail has been set at $50,000. 

The outstanding second suspect is described as a Male, White, 19-21 years of age, 5’6”, weighing 140 pounds, having brown hair, and wearing a blue sweatshirt with a hood.
