a.m.,
Santa
Monica
Police
Officers
assigned
to
the
Homeless
Liaison
Program
(HLP)
were
conducting
a
quarterly
clean-up
of
the
park
bluffs.
Officers
located
several
subjects
in
the
bluff
area
in
violation
of
the
Santa
Monica
Municipal
Code.
One
subject
was
identified
as
Curtis
Lyle
Fitch,
M/W
34,
transient
who
was
determined
to
be a
parolee
at
large
and
wanted
for
assault
with
a
deadly
weapon.
Fitch
was
arrested
for
parole
violation
and
transported
to
the
Santa
Monica
Jail
were
he
was
booked.
No
bail.
