| RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY /
ATTEMPT SEXUAL ASSAULT |

On July 10, 2004, at 6:04
a.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the
2100 block of Oak Street regarding a 9-1-1
call of an intruder. When officers arrived,
they spoke to the female resident who said
that a male suspect entered her residence.
Once inside the residence the suspect
attempted to sexually assault the female.
The female resident at one point dialed
9-1-1 and notified police. A search of the
area was conducted by responding police
officers, however the suspect fled the area.
The suspect is described as a Male, White,
late 20's, 5'11", 170-180 lbs., wearing a
black beanie cap and a gray sweatshirt.
