On June 2, 2004, Santa Monica
Police Detectives arrested a suspect
involved in an on-going sexual assault
investigation. The suspect was arrested in
the 600 block of Pico Blvd. and taken to the
Santa Monica Jail were he was booked for
having unlawful sex with a minor and for
traffic warrants.
The suspect has been
identified as Michael David Hearn, M/B 37,
of Los Angeles. Bail was set at $42,174.
On June 3, 2004, the he case
was filed with the Los Angeles District
Attorney charging one count of unlawful sex
with a minor. |
