ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
May 29, 2004

On May 29, 2004, at 4:40 P.M., Santa Monica Police were contacted regarding an assault investigation in the 2900 block of the beach. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the victim.  Additional information revealed that the victim walked to the 100 block of Dudley Court in Venice.    The victim was transported to a local hospital with a stab wound.  The victim is described as a Male White, 30-40 years of age, being a transient.

The suspect is described as a Male, Black, 30-40 years of age, 6’0, having a dark complexion.  Suspect was last seen walking northbound on the bike path.
