| On May 7, 2004, Santa Monica Police responded to the 1300 block of 23rd Street regarding an indecent exposure. The suspect was seen in his vehicle masturbating in the presence of witnesses.

| The suspect is described as a Male, White, 40’s, dark hair, clean shaven, medium to chubby build, pale complexion, wearing black sunglasses, short sleeve navy pullover shirt. |
| The suspect’s vehicle is described as a newer shiny dark colored compact with a white license plate.
