SUSPICIOUS PERSON, POSSIBLE CHILD ANNOYING

On March 11, 2004 at approximately 3:00 P.M., a local college student was followed to the area of 17th Street and Sunset by a male who attempted to entice her into his vehicle. The suspect made repeated attempts to offer the victim a ride home. The suspect is described as a Male, Hispanic, 35-years old, tan skin tone, wearing a blue collared dress shirt. He was driving a black 1990s Toyota 4Runner. The student refused the offer and the suspect drove away. Although the victim is an adult, she has a youthful appearance.

The suspect may be related to a Child Annoying incident that occurred near the area of 12th and Michigan on March 10, 2004. During that incident, the suspect was described as Male, Hispanic 30 to 40-years old, 5’9”, 160 lbs, wearing blue pants and a white shirt with blue and white vertical stripes.
