  Press Release Feb. 5, 2004: Juvenile Annoying
JUVENILE ANNOYING 
February 5, 2004

On February 4, 2004 at about 3:15 p.m., Santa Monica Police received information regarding a child annoying in the 2400 block of 16th Street. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim, a student, was walking away from a local school when a vehicle approached and the driver attempted to offer the student a ride. The student refused and the suspect drove southbound on 16th St. and went westbound on Ocean Park Blvd.
The suspect is described as a Male, White or Hispanic, 28 to 32-years old, having black hair, brown eyes, clean-shaven and wearing a tan long sleeve shirt. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a small, black, older model, 4-door.
