| On January 15, 2004, at 8:07 a.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the 1900 block of Euclid Street regarding a call of shots fired. When officers arrived they spoke to several witnesses who said that they hear shots fired in the area. While officers were conducting a preliminary investigation they were notified that the victim to this incident drove himself to a local hospital. Officers responded to the hospital and spoke to the victim. The victim said that he was inside his vehicle when the suspect’s vehicle drove up to his vehicle and shots were fired. The victim provided officers with limited information and was less than cooperative.

| Suspects are described as two or three Male Hispanics. The suspect’s vehicle is an older model blue compact vehicle. |
| Preliminary investigation indicates this incident is gang-related.
