On
October 24, 2003 at 5:35 A.M., Santa Monica Police responded to the
1000 block of Santa Monica Boulevard regarding a robbery that just
occurred.
When officers arrived they spoke to the victim who said that he
was approached by the suspect who displayed a handgun and demanded his
property.
During the robbery, the suspect fired two shots at the victim.
The victim was not injured. The suspect fled on foot northbound
on 10th Street from Santa Monica Blvd.
The
suspect is described as a Male, White, mid-20’s, 5’8” to
6’0”, thin build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
The suspect’s vehicle is described a late 1990’s, Silver,
Mercury Sable.
