CHILD ANNOYING

On Thursday June 12 at approximately 4:00 PM a male pulled his van next to a teenaged female who was walking home in the area of Beverly Avenue and Ocean Park Boulevard. The suspect tried to entice the victim into his van. The victim reported that the suspect followed her for two blocks while exposing himself to her. When his attempts to get her into his vehicle failed he left the area south on 5th street toward Ocean Park Boulevard.

The suspect is described as a male Caucasian with a light complexion, in his 30’s, wearing a T-shirt and shorts. He was driving a full size white van.
