On
September 15, 2002 at 11:38 a.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the
900 block of Euclid Street regarding unknown trouble.
When officers arrived they entered the residence and located a
male and female in the living room area.
Both subjects were deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.
Family members discovered the bodies inside the apartment.
The
two subjects located inside the apartment were the husband and the
wife. Preliminary investigation indicates that this is a
murder-suicide. Motive
for the crime is under investigation.
The
Robbery /Homicide Unit of the Santa Monica Police Department is
handling the investigation.
