On
June 16, 2002, at 5:41 p.m., Santa Monica Police responded to the 500
block of California Ave regarding suspicious circumstances.
When officers arrived they spoke to the reporting party who
said that he found several bottles containing a clear liquid in the
area. The Santa Monica Fire Department Hazardous Material Unit
responded and assisted in the collection of evidence.
The
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Crime Laboratory will process the
evidence. No additional
information is available at this time.
