On
May 27, 2002, at 10:00 a.m., Santa Monica Police responded to a
hospital in Los Angeles regarding a rape investigation.
When
officers arrived, they contacted the victim who said, she met to the
suspect earlier this month and made plans to go out for the evening.
On May 24, 2002, at about 11:45 p.m. the victim and the suspect
went to a party in Los Angeles and later drove to the Santa Monica
beach. While at the
beach, the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted the victim.
Information
regarding the suspect is not being released at this time due to the
on-going criminal investigation.
