On
Thursday, 11/16/06, at about 7:30 p.m., a
teenaged female was assaulted and pulled to
the ground by a male suspect in the area of
20th and Marguerita Streets. The
suspect held the victim down while groping
her crotch. The victim yelled repeatedly,
causing the suspect to flee on foot.
The
suspect is described as a male Hispanic in
his 30’s, approximately 5’10, “chubby”
build, short dark hair, unshaven, last seen
wearing a light color t-shirt, khaki shorts
with cargo pockets, white socks and light
color tennis shoes.
