On March 14, 2005 at 9:40 a.m., an
unidentified female subject was found
deceased in the 1600 block of Santa Monica
beach. The victim was possibly a German
National having recently arrived in the
United States. She has a possible first
name of “Martina” and spoke with a heavy
German accent. She is thought to have been
homeless and to have frequented the Santa
Monica and Venice beach areas.
She is described as a female White between
30-35 years of age, 5’4” tall and 135
pounds. Her hair is shoulder length and
brown with blonde highlights and green
eyes. A new tattoo is located on the top of
her left hand. She also has an enlarged
growth on the inside of her left wrist.
When located, she was wearing multiple
layers of clothing, including a blue and
white striped sweater, several t-shirts,
blue denim pants and black tennis shoes.
The Santa Monica Police Department is
attempting to identify this individual.
