| On Monday, October 29, 2001 at 7:45 p.m., a pedestrian was struck and seriously injured at 19th Street and Washington in the City of Santa Monica. The vehicle was last seen driving west on Washington away from the injured pedestrian.

| Vehicle: 1999-2000 Honda Accord 4 door, gold in color with a California license beginning with a 4. There may be minor damage to the front of the car.
