required to register as a result of convictions
for oral copulation by force, sexual penetration
with foreign object: victim unaware of nature of
act, sexual battery, pandering and sexual
penetration with foreign object with force.
He is known to drive a 1994 Buick Regal, black
in color with a California plate of 3JRT835.
The purpose of the release of this information
is to allow members of the public to protect
themselves and their children from sexual
offenders.
